Terrible 16th Bday
Hello, Im trying to contact limos.com's support email. This message is in regards to our recent reservation of the Night on the town, (5 hours) and RE-OPEN the case due to the lack of communication. It seems that you guys are trying to charge our people for (6 hours) of which we will not pay for the additional hour. The experience was very poor. When first glance of the limo, it look like a dump, and the inside was not any better. When entering the limo, we experienced very little room among us. There was a total of 7 passengers and could barely fit. The inside smelt like mildew, and everything was Severally out dated, along with the trash inside. The vendor had screws that looked as if they were "Home Depo" screws that were left bare in the doors, and on the over head. The A/C was TERRIBLE! We had to have the A/C on high the entire time so we weren't deprived of Oxygen. Even so, the windows fogged up due to the lack of fresh supply of air. The bar had mold on the lighting, plus the retractable door wouldn't go all the way up. The intercom was broken. The windows were broken, the sunroof was broken, and the left door lock was broken and wouldn't even open. (Of which is a fire hazard). The cups had old wrinkled party napkins from a dollar store, (Which is Very unsanitary). The limo driver almost hit a car in the midst of driving through Austin, and the ride experience was very terrible. The limo driver would slam on the gas making everyone fall back words, and would hit bumps Way too fast and spilled our drinks on our expensive cashmere....
TIME: We were picked up at 4:46, and were dropped off exactly at 10:10.therefore we were 24 minutes late off of our 5 hour reservation. At 5 hours and 24 minutes, im being charged for (6 Hours), and on that note; we were taken to Zilker park, and only intended to use the restrooms. After we were done, we were approached by the limo driver of which he had said he already ordered food, and took nearly 20 minutes, (Exactly 17 minutes). While all of this was happening, we were outside, in the cold, waiting on him to get his food. This is an extreme example of UN-professionalism. Out of all my experiences of limos, this was quite terrible. Now after taking 20 minutes of OUR time, we had to RUSH to our meal, and stressing the entire time about the time left. The entire time, Me and my friends were stressing on time, and didn't even get to enjoy our time. Now, after eating, we could have made it back on time, but when the limo driver pulled up, the stereo had fell OUT of the slot, then of which the limo driver took 20 minutes just to "Try" to fix it, (He did not). SO the entire way back, we had to experience the displeasure of Physically HOLDING the stereo in place so it wouldn't fall. This was TRULY a terrible birthday.
Now Im not a complainer, never, however, this was my sons only 16th birthday, and it was ruined by the vendor that Limos.com chose to request. We are nice people, and my son even bought the driver an expensive take out meal from the domain along with cake. We asked for pictures of the ride
