Horrible car

The car smelled like smoke, the engine ran hot and the car could not go over 65. I will never use this service again. I smelled like smoke for HOURS!

Driver never showed up. Almost missed my flight. Would not recommend.

Booked a ride from Central NJ to LaGuardia to catch a ride for a business trip on a Monday morning The driver never showed up and could not be reached. Called Limos.com Customer Service who, instead of attempting to send another car, continued to ask me to hold while they tried to reach the driver whose cell phone was off. Finally found an alternative mean to get to the airport myself - it's almost a miracle that I made it to the gate with 30 seconds to spare! Limos.com claimed to have opened a case but never got back to me when I inquired about the details of the investigation. Would give 0 star if I could.

Drivers were nice, but you guys way overcharged me!

A nice surprise you guys gave me by charging me $300+ extra than the agreed upon rate. Supposedly an extra hour going down and an hour and a half going back . That's impossible. The quote was for 5 1/2 hours and there was virtually no traffic each way. We were in the car for 2 1/2 hours max. There's no way it took the driver more than 3 hrs of his own time. As I said, the drivers were very nice. The cars you sent were beat up and the passenger side mirror was cracked, not very safe. I wish I could give 0 stars. I will not be using you again.

Don’t Use This Service!!

Terrible service! Didn’t show up for pickup to the airport and I still haven’t received my refund. When they were late picking me up from the airport on the same trip, the driver’s phone number was incorrect and when I called the main number very upset ( I asked if they intentionally made reporting the issue difficult the second time I was asked to confirm my confirmation number ) they hung up on me. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE, IT’S NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!

Very Poor

Very long and time consuming to talk to a representative over the phone. Then we receive a quote and the final bill is always twice as much as quoted. On one occassion, even though I was quite specific that we needed a pick-up for 4 peope, a sedan arrived and could not accommodate the 4 people with lugguge. They ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for a new driver and vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, it was a VAN that was dirty and smelled aweful. Not very happy executives. I hesitate to use this service ever again.
