We were expecting a Limo on Feb 14 to go from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, FL. but they never showed up. Got no phone call, email or text about it. Called to see where they were and they said they canceled my trip on the 13th. I was quite mad. Had a return trip schedule with them so I canceled that and when they asked why I told them they didn’t show up so I certainly did not want to take a chance on the return. They were like oh ok. Didn’t care. Then asked when I would get my deposits back they said they would have to see if I could get them back! Believe me I WILL get them back. Read reviews where they didn’t show for other people. So that tell me this company is not a good one to do business with.

Drivers were not available to contact. Never answered my calls. 1800 number was like speaking to a machine. Both of my rides were given to another company. One of my rides went to the drop off location rather the pick up location. VERY frustrating, especially after arriving at 10pm with two kids.

Unprofessional

Driver was at LaGuardia airport at the time we had to be picked up. There was no way he would get to us and then take us to Newark airport in time. We cancelled the ride along with the return. This is not good as we use Limos.com all the time. Terrible service

Driver shows up without Baby seat and left WITHOUT informing us.
