Ordered an SUV and paid for an SUV. A sedan came instead and we crammed 3 passengers and 7 bags in it to go to airport. I called and asked for a rate adjustment and an explanation but received neither. Terrible service and no follow up. I will never use limos.com again.

I booked the ride over a week out. They then confirmed the ride three days before the event via email, and then sent an email the following night at 8:30pm (TWO DAYS before the event) canceling the ride with no explanation other than they were unable to accommodate us. Completely unprofessional and caused my group a ton of unnecessary stress at the last minute.

Once again you’ve charged me with something that didn’t happen. Before it was for tolls, when not existed. This time it was for wait time, when not existed.

Which was false, we have been refunded but there was no explanation as to why this happened. We are also waiting for a new updated bill which I have asked for several time, we need to bill it to the tour company, please send immediately.

I have never been so scared or so angry while a passenger in car. Our driver was from somewhere in eastern Europe and did not understand ONE WORD of English. NOT ONE. So when we would tell him "turn left" or "don't go this way you will get stuck in gridlock traffic" or "you need to be in the turn lane" -- he could not understand ANY OF IT. He got us to our destination an hour late (people who left from our same neighborhood to get to the event we were going to beat us there when they left an hour after we did). There is no way this guy could have passed a driver's license test. NO way. The entire time we spent in the car with him (several hours) was a nightmare.
