I arranged a Limo for my wife to be picked up at 12:15 am on Wednesday morning Oct 21. The Limo never showed. She call three times and talked to 2 different people before they finally told her they couldn't find anyone to pick her up. She ended up taking a Lyft. I talked to Limo (Norma) the next day and they said I would get a refund (but their original note said my wife didn't show up; a lie, she was on the flight). Although Limo promised a refund, it has been 5 days and they have not yet refunded my money and I can't get them to answer the phone.

Driver No Show. Refund, but no Communication or Explanation

Got a confirmation number. Got an email with subject "driver contact information" with no information on how to contact driver. Driver never showed up. called toll free number and got a message someone would call me within 2 hours. no one ever called. I did get a full refund but it was very stressful and still no explanation on why the driver never showed up.

What service.

Submitted airport car request 48 hours prior to departure. No confirmation, and no car service. Several hours after flight I received a cancelation notice. If I could give less than 1l star, I would.
