Never showed up, wouldn’t communicate and didn’t get in touch until 2 hrs after the agreed upon time at which point they offered a 25 dollar credit for ruining our night. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't do it.

Horrible. Van got pulled over, wrong plates on it, failed inspection & driver had wrong license. Literally stranded on the side of the road & had to take Ubers home. They never even sent another car/limo for us & didn't answer calls. I will be seeking legal representation until this is rectified. The safety of 10 people was put at risk and the best they could do is offer a $25 credit.

Lack of communication

It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone . They did have an after hours number that you can speak to a live person but they couldn’t do anything on your reservation and kept sending me to a voicemail and promised someone wound call me back which I never received. The limo driver also charged me $80 more than what was quoted when I was dropped off .

Scheduled ride never appeared.

I pre-arranged for a cab ride from the DFW airport. I got e-mail confirmations when ordering and the day-of saying that everything was fine. However, when I arrived at the airport, the car wasn't present. I waited 45 minutes and made multiple attempts to call the company, but just got an answering machine with a pre-recorded message that said I should expect a callback within two hours. I cancelled and got an Uber instead. The only positive aspect to the experience was that limos.com refunded my trip promptly and without fuss.
