Scheduled ride never appeared.
I pre-arranged for a cab ride from the DFW airport.
I got e-mail confirmations when ordering and the day-of saying that everything was fine.
However, when I arrived at the airport, the car wasn't present. I waited 45 minutes and made multiple attempts to call the company, but just got an answering machine with a pre-recorded message that said I should expect a callback within two hours.
I cancelled and got an Uber instead.
The only positive aspect to the experience was that limos.com refunded my trip promptly and without fuss.
