Not what they used to be.

I’ve used limos.com before and they were great. I’m not sure what changed, but this time the driver did not meet us in the airport like he was supposed to. Then, after he drops us off, I was charged an additional $22 to my card (without telling me) for “parking and tolls”. He didn’t park - he pulled up along side the curb at the airport to pick us up, and we didn’t go through any tolls. I will be taking my business elsewhere and disputing the charge.

Worst customer service, do not use

Horrible service, booked a car in September, the car I ordered didn't show and a Toyota came, I also paid extra to have a driver come inside and that did not happen, I have called countless times and have only spoken to someone about 2 times. Still have not received my refund.

Sorry to give you this

Sorry to give you this rating but you cancelled the car service at 5pm the night before a morning pickup and gave no alternative. I had to get to the Amtrak 45min away. So this was bad service.
