Big Ripoff

On our way back home, the airport was closed at Dallas Fort Worth for 2-1/2 hours for the Air Traffic Control facility to be cleaned due to COVID; also, once we arrived in Philadelphia they couldn’t get the gate open for an hr. I contacted Limos.com both times to give a heads up yet they charged me an extra $99.12 for “waiting time”. I found this out after the fact a few days later from an email. The delays were out of my control and I shouldn’t have to pay for this. Never will I use Limos.com again!!!

No follow up no confirmation.just an email stating they working on finding a ride. Always used them and have no idea why they have gotten so bad.

After having a reservation for nearly TWO WEEKS to go to the airport for a flight, they canceled just a couple of HOURS before the pick up. If I could give them NO stars, I would!
