I recently took a car to Philadelphia International Airport. The driver took non-toll roads for almost the entire trip. I was charged $23.00 for tolls. Not very ethical in my opinion

Things were going pretty smoothly - the driver showed up on time, confirmed where we were going, and the first ten or so minutes of the drive were uneventful and I was enjoying myself talking to my friends. Then he stops SO quickly that all our necks snapped forward, it was so hard of a stop I thought he actually hit the person in front of us. It was the persons fault as they unexpectedly hit a U-turn, but we were also approaching a stop sign so he should have been slowing down anyway. Everyone is fine so no real harm done. The rest of the ride is fine. Then he drops us off and doesn't even confirm we're in the right place! He sped off as soon as the last person got out. We were across the street from the venue and it was in the middle of the block so of course a bunch of women have to teeter over in heels in the cold over a half a city block's length to our actual location. Thats the exact type of thing I'd like to avoid with a driver.

Good Morning, Customer Service I got a vehicle from you guys on January 2nd, 2019, the driver showed up 15 mins late which has never happened when I use you guys, the driver is normally always 10 mins early. I was so surprised at the lateness, then he drove around in circles for almost 10 mins, he didn't speak and was speeding like crazy. Please don't ever send that driver to pick me up again. I can’t believe I’m being asked to write a review. Limos.com canceled my ride the day of and made no effort to find me another ride. I was on a tight schedule, traveling with 3 others and we had to scramble mid flight to find a new ride. I’ll never use Limis.com again.

I had a terrible experience with customer service when I tried to change the time of my ride
