We got a car to seat 9 (even though there was only 3 of us). They sent a small hispanic woman, who couldn't even lift our bags. The side of the car was all banged up. There was only room for 2 pieces of luggage in the trunk so we had to stick a full sized suitcase in the back with us (of course we had to try to get it in and out because this tiny woman couldn't lift it). I'll take a cab from the airport next time. It was terrible!

Drivers are on time for airport pickups too infrequently

I ordered a limo and got an SUV. This is my confirmation: Vehicle: Stretch Limo, Lincoln Town Car Vehicle Capacity: 7 passengers, 3 bags/luggage I needed to complete a conference call in privacy which is why I ordered (and paid for) a stretch limo, not a truck. I was very disappointed. He was on time, which is why I am giving two stars but I was clearly misled and cheated.

Drivers seemed to be confused about how we set up the ride through limos.com. The ride from the airport was not bad and driver was friendly, but the vehicle was not clean and had lot's of personal things he had to move for us. Even though we specified 4 passengers and luggage, he was surprised at how many of us there were and how much luggage we had. On the return, the driver was hard to understand over the phone and apparently couldn't read the residence numbers on the houses to find the address. He also did not expect as many people. We a terrible driver and smelt of feces. Not a service I would use again.

I take limos.com frequently and am usually pleased with the service. As we all know, service should be of priority with the many options that all customers have now. I had 2 very heavy suitcases, having just broken down our booth from the show that ended today and the hello with those suitcases was the reason that I booked a limo. If I knew that I would have to take down the suitcases from the sidewalk and roll them by myself on the street with the oncoming cars, just to meet your driver - who was nicely sitting in the warm car - even though all other rides were coming out of the cars to help their customers (including Uber and Lyft drivers), I would not have booked an expensive ride through limos.com. The car was parked - so it is not like he would be blocking anyone if he got out of his car to help me.
