My driver was very nice, and on time. He took a wrong exit and my expected 30 minute drive took an hour - this was after taking the longer route from the airport to the destination to begin with. He apologized. Mistakes happen. Luckily it didn’t happen during peak NYc commute times or it could’ve been really bad.

I was disappointed that they quoted me $112 and charged me $149

I give 3 stars only because the 2nd (returning) ride with Ephraim was good. He was respectful and water was provided as requested. The first (departing) drive was ok, but the driver did not provide waters as requested, but he did provide a smart-ass response that I did not appreciate at that hour of the day.

Our pick up driver was not given our correct pick up information and we were not given the correct driver information. We were stranded at the airport after a day of travel for over an hour.

I made a request the day before the trip and was told it received but not yet confirmed. I was told that I would be contacted if there were problems to discuss other options. The next day, still no confirmation which a chat agent acknowledged. I was headed to the airport and had no ride confirmed for my arrival, so I simply decided to take a Lyft from the airport. Very disappointing.
