I tried to contact the company 3 times by phone as the item I wanted said available on website however when I tried to order online it said item was out of stock. The first time I was informed that the phone number given on website didn’t belong to Travel gear. I subsequently then left emails and phone messages which were not returned. Eventually I ordered another product which was dispatched and received within 5 days. The items were good

I bought this to replace one that had worn out after many years of hard travel. The shoulder holster set-up is much more comfortable and inconspicuous than money belt or something hanging round the neck. But what this lacks that my old one had is a strap to go across the back, over the opposite shoulder and down to the belt – the only way to hold it secure (and, incidentally the way shoulder holsters for handguns work. I have jury-rigged such an arrangement, but I think I will repair my old one with Tenacious tape. I sure wish someone would make one with the strap.

The gaiters I hired had a missing top clip on one, missing bottom button on other. They still worked though.
