I bought a language CD before Xmas that did not work. I rang 4-5 times and left a message, but have had no response. If the office is closed over Xmas/New Year, please leave a message on your answering machine.

I have purchased jet ease tablets x2 packs. Received both with overdue expiry dates. Still haven’t received refund.

This travel pouch literally only fits a passport; like it does say. But would have to be lucky to fit your hand in to retreive it, and it only has one pocket. I'll be sending it back. Also really bad that can't get a refund.

I am giving 1 star as I have already emailed your company regarding this purchase and have not received any response. The product itself has an ingredient that I can not have (tobacco) and I believe that, considering this is a product people ingest and considering it has tobacco and talc as ingredients, it is best that your website list the ingredients of the product. I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. I can not use these and they will be going straight in the trash, so a $30 waste on my part.

Did not received the 2 Pacsafe items that I ordered and pain for . Not at all impressed or happy 😠
