RAC N ROLL

The refund return process has been very slow. Week of back and forth emails. Hoped it would be better

Bag arrived. Nothing else in my order.

I ordered a mini rac n roll and 2 felt letters. I ended up getting 1 incorrect letter. My order showed the letter was ordered wrong which I did have to switch the letter in my cart a few times because it kept showing as a C when I selected a P. In the end a C arrived not a P. I asked to exchange it and had to pay to ship it back for 15 dollars to have a tracking number. Then the correct letter was another 15 dollar shipping fee to get it back so I added a gym bag to make it worth paying shipping again. A backpack showed up and not a gym bag. I was offered to ship the backpack back at no cost and a gym bag would be sent to me. I offered to keep the backpack at a discount and still take the gym bag. I was only offered 10 percent off making the bag 99 instead of 110. Less than the price to ship the bag back again. So I didn’t keep it. I am still waiting for the gym bag. I was offered nothing for the hassle and delay of this ordeal and still don’t have all the products I’m waiting for.

Don't buy the built in bag. The poles are flimsy and not sturdy at all. They also arent easily extended. I own another rac n roll and the poles are sturdy. This bag doesn't look like it would last one competition. I've been in contact with rac n roll but no one has gotten back to me after the initial contact. I would not recommend this bag.
