I ordered a bag and privacy curtain over a month ago. I sit here today with a defective bag (the rods do not work) and no privacy curtain. I have a devestated daughter with a competition next week and no bag to use. It’s been back and forth with customer service with confusing messages and no clear answers or solutions. Spending over $500 a defective product is extremely disappointing. I’ve yet to receive a clear, concise solution to the problems and keep getting the run around and told replacement items will be coming in the summer or in a few weeks. I need a solution and I need it now.
