Pretty bad for gament bags that cost $80.

Tried to cancel the order, unsuccessful. Now having to be back and forth via email many times to return. They waved the “return fee” which seems fair but also disappointed they even have that fee. Overall still waiting more than a week later for how to return. Not easy to work with.

Too small and narrow doesn’t serve its purpose

Ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing yet. Check status of order and nothing has changed from 3 weeks ago. Not impressed when your paying hundreds of dollars for an item.
