Shipping was very fast - thank you. Disappointed that was unable to take advantage of bundle and save discount due to items being sold out. Disappointed with quality of the zippers inside of the dance bag given the cost of the bag.

Thought there was going to be a couple gift wardrobe bags for buying the large rolling rack with change room. Like the add said when purchasing a bag but recieved none. Very disappointing!

The bag came in the carton box but inside the box the bag zipper was open and the plastic covering was not sealed. Nothing was missing but the packaging like that was not expected for over $400 value item. Couple outer corners got worn after one competition use and it was not on the plane, just riding in a car, placing in the hotel and using at the competition. We are usually taking good care our things; we have regular luggage bags that was used on the plane and have no wearing signs.

Bag came with one rod not working. Sent multiple videos to customer support, then they asked me to pay for shipping to resend a new rod for me to install myself. This bag is brand new, I shouldn't have to pay additional fees to get it in working condition. The rod is also back ordered, so I have to wait for it to come back in stock before the bag is working properly.

I received a damaged garment bag. I left a message and have bee n waiting for a few days for a call back. I
