Shipping is fast, but quality can be improved

The bag wasn't shipped for longer than I thought it would be considering it said it was in stock. . . . UPS then took forever to get it here.

Item shipped quickly, but was damaged. It’s been a few days and no response to the exchange request

Overall product was great and shipping was quick! Unfortunately one of the products I ordered was sent in the wrong length. I reached out right away to have it corrected. The customer service team was quick to ship out the correct length after a couple of emails requesting photos of product and shipping packaging. Luckily I still had the shipping packing. I was told that I would be sent a shipping label to have the wrong item sent back, even after receiving the replacement, I hadn’t received the shipping label. I was concerned after a couple of days and reached out to the customer service team again asking for the shipping label as I wanted to close this off I was then finally emailed the return label. I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered some compensation for error. I had to spend more time shipping the wrong item back which I didn’t plan for. I’m just thankful that I wasn’t in a rush for the items to begin with. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

Delivery was fast. Over priced for a carry on suitcase for sure. Only bought it for the rack and for my grand daughter. Hope it keeps it resale value.
