This neck pillow is very comfortable and the washable cover is a great feature. It’s easy to travel with, even though I don’t use the included travel case. One suggestion for improvement: the Velcro on the cover should be designed to tuck away more neatly into the pillow itself. Also, the fit could be tighter for better support. Overall, it’s a solid option for travel comfort with just a couple of small tweaks needed.

Too big for me I wish you had sizes

I have seen complaints similar to mine online - ie. that the pillow is too large for a small necked person - however your customer service person said that no one has ever made that complaint before. Didn't take me long to find someone else with the same issue.

There should be two sizes, the standard size worked but was a bit sloppy and too large.

I like the hood. The heating neck wrap isn’t of much use. It doesn’t heat up very well or keep the heat for long. I’ve gone back to using my Magic bag.
