Too big for me I wish you had sizes

I have seen complaints similar to mine online - ie. that the pillow is too large for a small necked person - however your customer service person said that no one has ever made that complaint before. Didn't take me long to find someone else with the same issue.

There should be two sizes, the standard size worked but was a bit sloppy and too large.

I like the hood. The heating neck wrap isn’t of much use. It doesn’t heat up very well or keep the heat for long. I’ve gone back to using my Magic bag.

I have bought many items from Ostrichpillow. The pillows are my favorite. This would have been the 3rd pillow I purchased. When it arrived I took it from the cylinder case and it did not lay flat. It must have been packaged wrong in the cylinder. Usually it reforms into its usual shape but it was ruined on one side. Even after letting the pillow rest for 24 hours. I had to return it.
