Ostrichpillow NA

Not great for people with long necks. I took a long overnight bus ride with it and it wasn't firm enough to support my head as much as I would've liked. Otherwise great.

I was not able to use the product as I have a short neck and the pillow goes up over my ears. But Ostrichpillows are high quality and the fabric and foam are very soft and comfortable.

Heavy and bulky to carry around.

I m giving 3 starts mainly because the service delivery was effective, but I m desappointed about the promess quality that this Travel pillow was avertised for. I have a long neck, and this pillow its just like a collar, it doesn't sustain at all my neck so I can sleep in the plane. The entire flight I was struggling to find a solution to makebit work, I ended up removing the Neck pillow and just stay awake. The mabterial is too much fluffy, it cannot sustain anything by been so fluffy. It need to be a materila that stays in shape and avoid you neck from twisting. Very very disappointing. . . still not Pillow in the market is delivering that outcome of confort sleeping while seatting. HOW COME THAT IS SO DIFICCUL JUST TO INVENT A PILLOW THAT SUSTAIN YOUR NECK STRAIT!!!

Lovely product but a bit much as far as the amount of bulk which also created more heat that became uncomfortable on a long plane ride.
