NOT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS. Love the mask. Crazy comfortable and total blackout. Useless for me because I am a side sleeper. I do NOT recommend for side sleepers. Wish I had read the other reviews.

This does feel more like a neck brace versus a neck pillow. You have to tie your hair up and our of the way. You have to ensure your headphones don't interfere with it - involves opening it up more. And then your mouth sinks down and is covered by it. Will keep trying it out and adjusting to get my money's worth.

As mentioned in my product review, customer service is terrible and this is sad to see because the company's products are very good and I want to support small innovative companies (but not at the expense of basic table-stakes customer service capabilities).

Not great for people with long necks. I took a long overnight bus ride with it and it wasn't firm enough to support my head as much as I would've liked. Otherwise great.
