Online store and overall delivery is good. One of the products, the neck wrap, didn't meet my expectations like the other 3 items I have from your establishment. Neck wrap too short and only stays cool for 15 minutes.

Took a bit of time to get just the right but then I woke up upon landing

Shipping is good product was as described, but after trying it one time I found they were very uncomfortable and I’d like to return them if I can. I won’t use them. The ring around the eyes is just too uncomfortable.

The eye mask is well made, but I do not like the eye area. I prefer the mask to fit flush on my face. This is a personal preference so if you like an open eye area, you would like this product. I have not used the neck pillow yet, but it is also well made and was very comfortable when I tried it on.

The neck pillow is made very well. It is comfortable and functional. The only thing that I would want to improve upon is that the Velcro strap is not that strong. The neck brace kept getting undone during my flight.
