The neck pillow was too large and bulky for me (a petite-size woman), so unfortunately I had to return it. Maybe consider making it in different sizes? The customer service was very good -- easy return and quick refund. Thanks.

Shipping was fast. Package was simple a little too simple.

I've really enjoyed my ostrich pillow so far ("Memory Foam Bed Pillow"). I love the contoured shape--since I usually toss and turn and change positions a lot every night, having a lower center of the pillow and a higher, rounded sides of the pillow has been really wonderful. I've been looking for a pillow with rounded corners since I tend to sleep in a curled up ball position, and this has helped a ton. The only issue has been that it is still just a tad too low for me, so I put a high-quality, folded-up fleece blanket underneath it and that has brought it to the right height for me. For reference, I am 5'3" and very petite, and usually sleep on my side.
