Shipping and packaging were great. I used it on a 7 hour overnight flight and was very comfortable and able to get some rest. I like the packable bag it come with so I can keep in my carryon!

I was skeptical about all the hype surrounding this pillow, but also nearly desperate for relief on long flights. It was a game changer for me! I was able to sleep and did not have a sore neck afterwards. I was surprised at how much support it gave my neck and found the pillow to be comfortable. It’s a little bulky for a carry-on, but worth it.
