Shipping was pretty good! Didn't take 2 weeks like some other companies take. I had the pillow in less than a week.

I have not used it yet for our trip, However I have used it at my work desk just to see if it was what I was hoping for. I am recovering from whiplash and have a long plane trip coming up soon now and needed something that wasn't soft and yet sat higher up to give my neck plenty of support. I believe this is going to be perfect for our upcoming trip
