Get this product.
For the first time, I SLEPT on an international flight! I got a full 7 hours going and 6 hours returning which I have never done in the past. Also, the Ostrich team was great. There were some very small snags in my pillow cover when I rec'd it because it had been rolled wrong. I rarely reach out about something so small, but felt this was truly a high-end item so I emailed and within a couple weeks - it was all resolved and I had a new cover. I was fully expecting them to make it very difficult but they were incredibly gracious. Haven't experienced that level of service since before the pandemic. LOVE the product...LOVE the company.
