It’s a nice bag but my laptop does not fit :( Shipping was ok

This is my second time purchasing this product. It is very handy and practical, which is why I decided to buy it again. However, I previously bought the beige version and found that it got dirty and started to crack quite easily. This time I’ve chosen the black one, hoping it will last longer. For the price, I would expect the material to be of a higher quality and more durable.

Shipping was good. Just sad it arrived damaged

I like the bag overall, though it would improve with handles and the straps are way too long for short girls like me.

Probably won't take the risk of buying items again, since they do not provide any return policy. And I do not like what I bought last time- now stuck with it. Although I like the brand and one item came to be really good.
