For such a high price, I expected a smoother rolling and more inserts inside. I can’t tell what some of the spar is for and the bag is difficult to use. It’s a pretty novelty and not functional.

The luggage is really nice and loved it however this is not a carry on. It is too big for all main airlines in Europe and Canada and this needs to be checked. If you are looking for a checked carry on this is great but this should not be advertised as a carry on. And the small carry on is too small. Wanted to like this company but will be shopping elsewhere since the luggage sizing makes no sense

My suitcase hasn't arrived yet.

Sadly really disappointed, inside pockets came badly sown together and unable to use them and even though the sent a replacement it had the exact same problem on my they were worse. Really disappointed
