Wish it had more pockets. Only has one inside

The bag is great - however it did arrive with a few small stains on it, which was disappointing. Customer service's response to just clean it was also disappointing.

I’ll start with I love love love Beis, their bags are great! I heard the suitcases are also awesome, so I got this one and I love the different storage compartments, the laundry bags, the locks, the wheels, it’s great! What I hate: the suitcase is collapsible, but only for when it’s being stored! I packed for my trip and the suitcase isn’t full, but I can’t zip the space I don’t need shut! You just have to let it be loosey goosey like an accordion if it’s not packed full and it’s kind of awkward! But other than that, it’s great!

Lost in shipping then broken within 6 Months

I would not recommend this bag. First of all, it doesn't fully fit my 16" laptop, so the button doesn't close leaving my bag open; but most importantly there is a significant design flaw. The long handle has buttons (instead of it being like a belt), and they come undone / pop off. Finally, the short handles are unremovable so they're always in the way. This bag is honestly really bad and unusable.
