Terrible! Shipping took over a week when I paid $100 extra for the express 1 day. Bag is shit quality. I want a refund for my shipping costs!!!

Terrible customer experience. Avoid

Terrible product. Purchased and used for one trip. It looks “cool”. But the functionality is awful. Wheels only operate in one direction. There is no strap to treat it like an actual duffle bag. There are no side handles either, meaning the only way to pick this bag up is from the top handle which is super awkward. The built-in scale? Again, “cool” but super impractical as it’s not accurate at all. Luggage was showing red to say I was over 50lbs. After using an actual luggage scale, my luggage was 46. 8lbs. For a piece of luggage at this price point, it’s incredibly disappointing to see how many flaws are in this product. It’s 100% a marketing product and unfortunately I fell for it. Cool colour. But that’s about it. My partner owns Monos luggage and it is far superior. I thought I’d give Beis a go, but after this experience, I’ll be going with what’s proven.
