Schon nach einmaligem Gebrauch hatte ich Kratzer in der Kofferoberfläche. Dies entspricht nicht meiner Wertvorstellung für einen 500 Euro Koffer.

Shipping from DPD it was disappointing.

As bad as one would (not) expect

Did not receive the replacement wheels. A lifetime warranty is useless when the shipping costs and lack of service centres make it so one is better off purchasing parts. When the shipping company fails to deliver said parts, but marks it as delivered, the result is I have just paid for nothing and still have a broken suitcase.

Very disappointed
