My order was placed and within 7 days the product was delivered as required

I was on a page of jigsaw puzzles, I clicked to add to my basket & went through the payment. However, my order turned out to be something completely different! The company maintained that they had fulfilled the order as requested but how the difference occurred they did not offer any explanation or compensation

It’s faster but it’s pretty much the same in other aspects. I find the product range almost too vast to just browse. If I’m after something specific it’s easy to find.

I was able to order a colour although you no longer had it in stock. When my two buckets arrived they are marked and exceptionally grubby. These were intended to be Christmas presents, but with them being in the state that they are I’m embarrassed to give them to anyone.

I went through the process of ordering a book but canceled because the shipping price was $83 for a $22 book. I did not complete the transaction and yet the $22 came out of my bank. It has been 7 days and the money was not refunded. According to your company it’s up to the bank but I have talked to them twice now. I have received rude emails and no help. I wound not recommend ordering from this site.
