Worst customer service ever

After a month I'm still waiting for my missing item. Tried to contact them numerous of times but no one knows where my parcel is. No help from them at all.

Terrible

I made a purchase but the site failed to register my order, despite sending me a confirmation code. This order was for a birthday present. When I realised the item hadn’t arrived, there was no attempt by customer services to facilitate a speedy reorder. Instead I had to order the item from Next. I immediately unsubscribed from email communication and yet I continue to receive emails. Nice looking site, shame the customer service experience was so poor. I will not shop here again.

Order placed - money taken - promised delivery date passed without notice until date requested - blame passed to Royal Mail but alternative options mentioned and not accessible by internet so now concerned that present will not arrive

Misleading

Ordered a baby dolls cot and assumed it was for a baby dolly due to the size of the image not a dolls house doll. When I received it, it fits in the palm of my hand. I have since returned it and have heard nothing about a refund.
