I didnt get any reply.

Didn't have available what I ordered and still charged me postage even though I need to order another one from another company.

I wasnt able to access the site and there is no work around. I received the email to review, couldn't even do that on the email as it did not allow and I had to go via the 'click here' if there is any issues. Seems a shame to have launched a site that an amount of people cannot access.
