Like the title says, It was my first time ever ordering and after a difficult start, I got some excellent service. I won't go into details, but I would highly recommend this company in spite of the difficulty. Love the giraffe that was ordered and the service. I got this for my wife, she is in a nursing home with Dementia. She absolutely loves it . Hugs and pets it constantly. It being washable is a plus. Thanks for another great product.
