Vermont Teddy Bear

I have never had a problem with Vermont Teddy Bear until I put in an order for two bears for 2 different babies, one of them a premie. The bears did not arrive but your “help” phone numbers were great. The orders were in the system and, when I called, the problem was taken care of. I understand you have a new computer system!

It is adorable and well made. My granddaughter will love it for her 3rd birthday at the end of the month! Accidentally ordered 2 with plans to return one but my daughter is giving it to a friend who is adopting a little girl! Thank you for making such high quality products!

The 4 foot cuddle puppy was ordered for an anniversary. In the shipping details it said it would take six business days which Would’ve made delivery date one day earlier in my anniversary. That would’ve been great except the cuddle puppy arrived in two days so she got it one week early. Other than that it is a great product soft squishy cuddly and cute as anything.

I have trusted your company with gifts for babies for a few years and have never been disappointed. What I’m really pleased with is that , so far they are safe for any age.

Took a couple years off after getting my wife one of these bears every Valentine's day for about five years. Happy to see she still loves them.
