Was looking for educational toys for a 5 year old. Relatively easy to navigate and pay. On downside is delivery when it was outsourced to ninja Van. Being 'ninja', the delivery was just left at the door without any alert or even trying to ring the door bell.

Generally ok but room to be improved: Unnecessary delays 2-3 days just within the same continent! that makes customer unsatisfied to a certain extent!
