Too long delivery process

Tried to give toytag another try on purchases compared to other retailers but did not improve my impression of toytag. Perhaps it is due to the delivery partner toytag uses, delivery always seems to be a tad slower than most retailers, delivery status as scheduled will be stuck for two days before actual delivery is conducted. Previous received 3 board game boxes of 1 which box was damaged but no followup was initiated and I let it rest as I do not want to wait again for delivery. Hoping current delivery box will be in good condition.

Toytag encourages making in-app purchases by offering vouchers when spending stamps are accrued. Meanwhile, I get spammed with "you've earned Meeples!" messages in my email, and they can't even be used in-app where all purchases tend to be made. Meeples are so redundant and it makes me feel like I'm not getting the full value out of my purchasing habits when I'm constantly reminded that I have them, but know I shouldn't spend them and instead use the app. ???
