Gifts arrived after a long time , the birthday had been and gone. One very disappointed three year old

Wasn’t a great experience for first time buying from you and now my son will miss out on something he has asked for Xmas as really no time to replace it especially as I have covid and can’t get out and don’t have the energy to be looking on the internet again

Not impressed. No confirmation the product was dispatched. When chased after 2 weeks I was told that the product was damaged in transit so courier wouldn't deliver it. I wouldn't have know this if I had not chased. I was then told that another one would be sent and I was promised confirmation of dispatch. That never arrived. At least the courier emailed.me to let me know to expect delivery

The order came two weeks late

Haven't receive it yet!!!! I've been texting and calling and no result. I bought another present for the kid because Santa cannot visit us at the end of January
