Delivery took ages, yodel were absolutely useless, had to resend the item, would not use again

Ok but need to let you know what’s going on We ordered an electric car to be delivered to Denmark but had to keep asking questions about delivery We found out that they had no stock and were waiting for it to arrive Could have let us know seeing that delivery was over £50 Contacted again about stock and it suddenly appeared

Item was apparently lost in transit. There were no more in stock to replace it. I did get a refund but this was not a great first impression and I won’t be ordering from this company again.
