The experience of ordering and deliver was fine. The issue was with the costume turning my daughter’s skin black like it was covered in a layer of lint. It wasn’t lint though. It took an hour in the bath to get off and the black transferred to our bathtub. Unfortunately my daughter will not wear anything else for Halloween, so I will have to go through the long process of getting it off of her and the bathtub. It was definitely a disappointment quality wise.

A costume that didn’t fit , 2xl isn’t for a 6” tall man .. not the Top Gun costume anyways

The return policy is a restocking fee and self paid shipping filled bureaucratic bunch of malarkey that makes it impossible to return anything without giving up the full value. I'll just keep my duplicate item and sell it on Marketplace instead.

Poor quality

Bad quality. Threads coming loose and designs that don’t quite match the picture. Will be returning.
