Costume arrived broken and Oya would not send me another when I requested it.

The sizing was not at all accurate on the web site. What arrived was no where close to correct sizing. The return process is very difficult and clearing intended to discourage returns. I will return and will NOT recommend.

Very disappointed! I went to the warehouse to pickup the wig I had ordered and nobody showed that it was new, I just trusted that it was a reliable company that wouldn't sell me something used. Well...once I got home. I found out that the event which I was supposed to wear the wig was cancelled. For my suprise once I went back to the warehouse to return the item it was refused because the item was used. I haven't even had the chance to open it which means that a messy used wig was sold to me. I felt very frustrated when I realized that I received a messy used wig. The refund was done even if the employee instead on saying that she wouldn't believe that I didn't open/ used the item. I felt insulted and angry. Anyways I hope work on your customer service and that you verify in in the presence of your client that the product is intact.

The broom was crap especially what I paid for it .. looks cheaply made .. not happy

I got 3 angel wings and head piece . After one night almost all the feathers were gone . I went to the warehouse to return them before 14 days and they didn’t take it back. They made excuses on why I cannot return it . Waste of money. Terrible quality.
