Poor Delivery Time

Ordered 22nd December, Still hasnt arrived (Toll expect to delivery it today - 8th January) When I phoned Toll they claimed it was my fault for not providing a phone number (which is not correct as I did provide my number) Overall disappointed (and kids very disappointed !)..... I'm still waiting for my trampoline. It's been a week now and I'm still waiting. So much for 48 hour delivery.. LIES LIES!!!

It is now 2nd of

It is now 2nd of January and our order despatched 20 th December is still not here. Toll continues not to contact us after assuring us they would came back to us re delivery. Tramp sent to Christchurch, might have by 3rd but grand kids disappointed. I’m afraid I cannot in good faith recommend your company. Your automated emails in our situation are very shallow

delivery - WHAT DELIVERY

I ordered and paid for a trampoline for my grandchildren for xmas on the15 december and it never arrived at my sons house. It has been LOST by TOLLS what a disappointment for my whole family especially the grandchildren. Jumpflex has been great and have ordered a new trampoline for us and hopefully we will be able to pick it up from tolls in wellington tomorrow. WHAT A REAL LET DOWN. I am really disappointed and this has caused a lot of friction in our household etc,. Thanks to jumpflex for sending a new tramp, hopefully we can pick it up tomorrow so the grandkids can have it for new years this year. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH THO.
