delivery - WHAT DELIVERY
I ordered and paid for a trampoline for my grandchildren for xmas on the15 december and it never arrived at my sons house. It has been LOST by TOLLS what a disappointment for my whole family especially the grandchildren.
Jumpflex has been great and have ordered a new trampoline for us and hopefully we will be able to pick it up from tolls in wellington tomorrow. WHAT A REAL LET DOWN. I am really disappointed and this has caused a lot of friction in our household etc,. Thanks to jumpflex for sending a new tramp, hopefully we can pick it up tomorrow so the grandkids can have it for new years this year. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH THO.
