Poor organisation
We were so excited to finally order a tramp for Christmas. On the 7 dec we put our order in. The next day we get a confirmation email saying the order should be shipped in the next 48 hrs. One week later I am chasing up to find the order has only just been sent to the transport agency, 7 days after I placed the order. Then most but not all of the order gets sent so late that there is one day left of post to get the order before Christmas and no parcels at all yet. Some might arrive but still missing some of the order. That is shocking service, poor customer service in regard to misleading time frames, no clear signs to say order would take So long to deliver and with the disappointment of no tranp for Christmas. Let’s hope the tranp at least lives up to the hype especially after I see they failed the consumer text last night on tv 😳😔
