We purchased a 14ft jump
We purchased a 14ft jump flex in late November- a massive purchase for us at almost $900. I'm a little disappointed by the lack of updates around delivery- there was no estimated delivery time given upon ordering, and just an automatic email sent to confirm our order and saying we would receive another email when our order was dispatched. I eventually emailed to enquirer when we would receive our trampoline and got a reply stating that it was due in the warehouse on the twelfth of December, and should get to us by Christmas but no guarantees as this was up to the freight company. Still have not received an email saying that our order has been dispatched, or any other updates. Just a little frustrating. So basically- ordering was easy, customer service has been good when I reached out, but a little more proactive communication on your part wouldn't go amiss. Can't comment on overall satisfaction or delivery as we have yet to receive the product- just a little bit more stress for this time of year.
