Easy to order and got notification of delivery by email, all sweet THEN the waiting and waiting and then making phone calls to find out delivery ETA but instead of 2-4 days for delivery it worked out to 7 days! Then the process of putting it together not a job for one person but the instructions were pretty good and easy to follow. The hard bit was the sleeves on the uprights. Two sections of padding to meet in the middle and to get those sleeves on just so is a bit of a science! Whew! Love the finished tramp. The kids love it too

We haven’t had the greatest experience buying this trampoline. It took way longer than it should have to arrive. I notified Jumpflex but had to contact the freight company myself and chase it up. We spent quite a lot of money as we got a few extras and I would expect better customer service. They contacted me and asked me to see if it had arrived. It hadn’t but they did nothing to help. Now I’m getting lots of annoying emails from them asking me to follow them on Facebook and rate my experience!

Unfortunately I cannot review yet. You sent a little early. You are unable to send for Christmas so still hanging on.

Ordered on website. Didn't get delivered for a week. When I phoned to followup I got an unhelpful man who was very vague. Then 2 days later I phoned again and got a woman. A day or two later my tramp arrived. I'm hoping the tramp is better than the service I've received. $800 is not to be sneezed at, better service is expected.

Unfortunately, I am unimpressed with the product so far. Putting it together has not been as easy as was said on the website! One comment in particular "my young son and I put it together easy"? This has not been my experience at all. The springs tension (understandably), were too hard to attach without me sourcing extra man help. Even with two adults, this was extremely hard. The instructions did not say to put the net and tramp mat on together. A person has to read on to discover that, whereas it should be combined in the one earlier step. The ladder is another problem as the little silver spring-loaded clips inside the black ladder are faulty! One end will not go on and if we manage to get it on it pops right back inside itself down into the pipe itself. Meaning we then need to pull the ladder apart and try again. We have ended up now not using the ladder because of this!!!
