Great tampoline perfect for our small space, arrived fairly quickly and was pretty easy to assemble

Great shopping experience and prompt delivery. Information form customer service could have been clearer. Overall, we love the tramp, especially the weight limit so we can have family time together. On the second day, our nephew was jumping and caught his finger in the net. The finger changed colour and the only way to get it out was ti cut the net - we are gutted. I wonder if this is something you hear of regularly or a freak accident. Is there different types of nets that can be purchased? Thanks in advance for your ideas. Brought in time for Christmas with the aquajet and sunshade. Very happy with the final product. Instructions could have been easier to follow had it more actual pictures. Sunshade and aquajet accessories had no instructions at all. And I will need to follow up with them regarding a fault with the ladder.

We are very happy with our new slide.

All good. 3 man job to set up but all good in the end!
