So far the service I’ve received has been very good but I won’t be 100% happy until our trampoline is delivered.

We are very impressed with the quality and bounce of the trampoline and know it will last our growing family for years to come. I'm not too concerned about this but from the way you advertise the netting, I was under the impression that there would be no gaps where the netting joins the mat but since the netting joins over the spring hooks, there is naturally gaps between each spring (which I can easily fit my hand in). I thought maybe the net was actually connected to the mat to ensure there were no gaps. Like I said I'm not too concerned and I wouldn't change my mind because the quality is so good but the way you advertise it as having a security seal that not even a finger can fit through, was one of the reasons we chose jumpflex, but perhaps I misunderstood what the explanation about what 'no gaps meant. Other than that we are really happy with our new trampoline :).

Loved by our daughter! A nice fun addition to the tramp for the small kids. A little fiddly to setup however.

Down one star from yesterdays review.... you only need to ask once for feedback, after that it comes across as needy.
