Jumpflex great! Toll awful.
I would give Jumpflex a five star review if it were not for having to deal with TOLL.

I found dealing with TOLL to be a very disappointing experience indeed.
When we purchased our Trampoline from Jumpflex on the 18th of January this year, they informed us that we could expect delivery between 2 and 4 working days.
Perfect. Just in time for our child's birthday!
Thanks to TOLL, the delivery took closer to 2 weeks. With no communication from them regarding this for over a week.
They were uncommunicative for most part and getting through to speak to someone there was a very challenging thing to do.
The only time they contacted us was when we had first gotten in touch with someone at Jumpflex...we had to ask someone at Jumpflex to call Toll on our behalf ...that is the only time we ever heard from anyone at TOLL.
It had gotten to the point that we were very close to contacting Jumpflex and asking for a refund and getting the trampoline returned.
I really hope that I never have to deal with TOLL again.
Perhaps our experience is an anomaly and maybe this is the first time that anyone has ever had a bad experience with TOLL.
Or perhaps, judging by people's reviews and comments online, this is more of a common occurrence with TOLL's brand...of what could loosely be called 'service'.
I have appreciated dealing with everyone at Jumpflex, they were polite, efficient and helpful. The very definition of what customer service should mean.
It seems to me that TOLL are at the opposite end of this scale offering people a very disappointing version of customer service.
I am curious why a great company such as Jumpflex continues to endorse such a continually disappointing company as TOLL.
