Issue with you website showed my payment had not been accepted, I now have 2 trampolines and you want £95 to return
Very disappointed, I tried two credit cards, both came back saying payment did not go through.
I then go to another supplier and buy the exact same trampoline.
Few days latter 2 trampolines arrive, your company has refused to accept a fault with your website, and are forcing me to pay £95 to return an item that was sent to me in error .
On top of this, your order was missing 1 large box ??
When I have clearly detailed what has happened via email as the only contact number is a mobile which goes straight to voicemail and you are not called back, I have had to repeat myself on several occasions .
Very dissatisfied, I will never buy a large item again from a place that has no local store incase of return or any issue.
I feel you should arrange puckup and provide a full refund, this was not my error, I acted in good faith, your website clearly had an issue which I am now paying for.
